OxyMed will accept returns on any unopened product within 10 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost. Shipping costs are not refundable. Call our office to obtain an RMA number before returning the unopened item. Bedding products (bed pillows, mattress covers, etc.) are NOT available for returns. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned (No exceptions). A cash refund is only applicable when a customer has purchased Mask Assurance on a product. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-888-969-9633 if you are not sure about the items that you need before placing your order. Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be glad to answer any question that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility. On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufactures’ defect, call our office within 24 hours of receipt and we can trouble shoot the problem and take the appropriate steps. If you receive the item on the weekend or after our normal business hours please leave us a message at 1-888-969-9633.

We will return your call on the next business day. Please note that the above policy also includes all CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines. A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is considered opened regardless if any hours are placed on the machine and subject to the same return policy stated above. Most CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacture defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer. Manufacturer Warranties CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 1-888-969-9633 to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, please call to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Warranty claim decisions are the solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rental Machines are available to be used during this time if needed, please call our customer service for details on Rental Machines. Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.

Email AddressesEmail Addresses are not shared, bought, or sold via our site or our data management system. Your email address is primarily used to communicate the status of your order. We may use your email address to send promotional information and keep you informed of changes to our website. These emails can easily be unsubscribed by clicking the appropriate link within the footer of the emails.

CANCELED ORDERS
All orders that are canceled by the customer are subject to a 10% administrative fee upon refund of original purchase price. If an order is canceled during normal business hours on the same business day the order was placed, a refund will be given that day. If an order is canceled after the close of normal business hours, a refund will be given within 24 business hours.

PRESCRIPTION POLICY
OxyMed requires a prescription for every CPAP/BiPAP/APAP Machine, Mask, or Humidifier purchased. 

What should be on the prescription?

Patients first and last name
Doctor’s name and office address
Patient’s pressure setting (for CPAP/BiPAP/APAP ONLY). For BiPAP, it must include IPAP and EPAP pressures. For APAP or Auto machines, we need a minimum and maximum pressure.

A copy of the prescription must be faxed to 1-888-969-9633 before we will ship your machine. Please contact us directly if you are having difficulty obtaining a prescription. 

*Prescriptions are NOT required to be sent for replacement parts, filters, or any product on the website without a prescription required field. However, patients should have a valid prescription for these items. 

MASK ASSURANCE POLICY 

OxyMed provides the Mask Assurance Program to allow our customers the opportunity to purchase a CPAP mask system with assurance that they are purchasing the best equipment to suit their sleep therapy needs. With this assurance, customers are allowed a 30 day return period from the date of shipment in which they can test their chosen equipment and determine whether or not the mask system suits their needs. With this assurance, the mask can be returned to OxyMed for a full refund less the cost of shipping. The mask must be returned within the 30-day period starting from the date of purchase to qualify for return. OxyMed reserves the right to offer assurance on some or all of their offered CPAP mask systems. We also reserve the right to refuse assurance to any customer deemed to be abusing the Mask Assurance program. Any modifications made to the product will void your Mask Assurance. 

Mask Assurance covers only the mask purchased, and no other items purchased within the same order. Mask Assurance cost is determined per mask and is subject to change at any time. Mask Assurance may not be offered on every mask available at Oxymed1.com. Mask Assurance will be honored on all masks with which it is purchased, but we reserve the right to remove the Mask Assurance option from any product at any time. 

Mask Assurance will never be offered at a sale price or discounted rate. Prices are subject to change at any time and therefore, we cannot offer price protection on this assurance. 

Mask Assurance can only be purchased during the mask purchase and must be added to your cart and paid for at the time of purchase. 

Mask returns must be received at OxyMed within the 30-day period, including transit time. Please contact OxyMed prior to sending your return for an RGA number that will allow us to correctly identify your return and refund your money promptly. Please send a copy of your packing slip and order number with your returned item. OxyMed will provide a refund within 10 business days of your return. 

All items purchased WITHOUT Mask Assurance are subject to oxymed1.com standard Return Policy (see above). 

Mask Assurance is not available when purchasing a CPAP machine and CPAP mask combination package. 

OxyMed is happy to offer our Mask Assurance program to individuals as an additional protection of their purchase, but due to the nature of our program, we must strictly enforce this policy to keep our Mask Assurance costs low. If you have any questions or are unsure about something within this policy, please contact us directly.
